How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your data from Marketync, you can do so through the following methods:
Option 1: From the Platform
- Log in to your Marketync account
- Go to WhatsApp → Manage → Disconnect Account
- This will remove your WhatsApp Business Account credentials from our system
Option 2: Contact Us
Send a data deletion request to:

What Gets Deleted
Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove:
- Your WhatsApp Business Account access tokens
- Stored WABA ID and Phone Number ID
- Message templates created through our platform
- Campaign data and message delivery logs
- Contact data associated with your account
- Email campaign data and templates
- All analytics and reporting data
Timeline
- WhatsApp credentials: Deleted immediately upon disconnection
- Account data: Deleted within 30 days of request
- Backup data: Purged within 90 days
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your data deletion request has been processed. If you connected your account via Facebook Login, you can also remove our app's access from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
